Emergency situations require a call to your respective campus Facility Operations office. See below for a list of emergency examples. After hour emergencies (before 7:30am/after 4:30pm, and during all University holidays) should be directed to the respective campus Public Safety office.

Emergency Situations:
  • Water Leaks
  • Broken Pipes
  • Broken Windows
  • Elevator and Escalator Malfunction
  • Passengers Trapped in Elevators
  • Heating and Air Conditioning Problems
  • Bathroom Clogs or Overflows (Sinks/Toilets)
  • Lights Out in Critical Areas
  • Gas Leaks or Odors
  • Door Hardware Problems
  • Electrical Problems (No Power)
Non-emergency situations require an electronic work order be submitted through the work order system. See below for some examples of non-emergency situations.

Non-Emergency Situations:
  • Key Requests
  • Hanging Pictures
  • Putting up Shelving
  • Extra Trash Pick-Up
  • Moving Requests
  • Lights Out in Non-Critical Areas
  • Painting Requests
